Job summary

DHL Global Forwarding (Phils.), Inc. is seeking a credentialed warehouse associate to support daily logistics operations in Baguio. You will monitor client pre-alerts, acknowledge incoming transactions, and process work orders with accuracy to ensure timely fulfillment.

You will print and attach labels, verify labeling against system data, and perform precise item picking while maintaining strict inventory accuracy and adherence to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and verify pre-alert notifications received from clients.
• Ensure timely acknowledgment and readiness for incoming transactions.
• Accurately process and launch work orders in the system.
• Ensure all required sticker labels for issuance are completely printed before proceeding.
• Attach sticker labels to pulled piece parts and corresponding work orders.
• Verify that labeling matches system-generated details.
• Perform accurate picking of items based on work order requirements.
• Ensure proper verification of Part Number, Lot Number, Quantity, Storage, Location, Serial Number (if applicable)
• Ensure items are picked from the correct storage location.
• Return remaining items in tote pans to their original designated locations.
• Maintain inventory accuracy at all times.
• Handle all parts carefully using proper material handling practices to prevent damage or loss.
• Strictly adhere to PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) requirements at all times.
• Follow all workplace safety rules and protocols.
• Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat; maintaining clean shipping supply area; complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Comply with company procedures, rules, and regulations on housekeeping.
• Demonstrate proper work attitude and awareness of all policies, procedures, and standard work instructions.
• Uphold company values and behavioral standards.
• Maintain high-quality service by strictly following organizational standards and operational procedures.
• Perform other related tasks and responsibilities as assigned by supervisors or management.
