Job summary

Evershine Solar is looking for a motivated Sales Representative to generate leads, develop customer relationships, and present solar energy solutions. You will convert prospects into sales and coordinate with customers through the sales process.

Training will be provided; willingness to travel within Mindanao and work independently or with a team is valued in this growing solar energy company.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities for solar energy products and systems.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, social media, field activities, and other channels.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide solar product recommendations.
• Present and explain solar solutions, including panels and inverters.
• Prepare quotations and coordinate with customers throughout the sales process.
• Follow up with prospective customers and maintain relationships.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Assist customers from inquiry through closing of the sale.
• Coordinate with technical and installation teams as needed.
• Maintain records of leads, inquiries, quotations, and sales activities.
