Key duties include lead generation, client consultations, property tours, and achieving sales targets. A bachelor’s degree or 72 college units, plus 1 year in sales or real estate, is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree holder or completed at least 72 college units.
• Educational background in Real Estate Management, Marketing, Finance, Commerce, Advertising/Sales, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Real Estate.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell PHirst Park Homes residential properties to prospective buyers.
• Generate leads through personal networks, referrals, digital channels, and corporate connections.
• Conduct client consultations, property presentations, and site tours.
• Identify client needs and recommend suitable property options.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
• Manage leads and conduct consistent follow-ups to maximize sales opportunities.
• Assist clients throughout the reservation and closing process.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and performance objectives.
• Participate in sales & marketing activities, events, and networking initiatives.
• Stay updated on property developments, pricing, promotions, and market trends.
