Responsibilities

• 4. Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product features and services.
• 5. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• 6. Visit client locations, checking and verifying client information.
• 7. Meet personal and team sales targets.
• 8. Research accounts, generate, and maintain records of all sales leads and follow through.
• 9. Attend meeting, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments.
• 10. Ensure that the products stand out against the competition.
• 11. Conduct market research and craft online marketing strategy and start selling products online.
