Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery, transfer, and movement of materials to project sites.
• Prepare and monitor delivery schedules and trip schedules.
• Coordinate with sites, warehouse, procurement, suppliers, drivers on transport needs.
• Monitor availability and assignment of company vehicles and equipment.
• Coordinate with drivers on trip schedules, routes, loading/unloading.
• Prepare logistics documents: gate passes, trip tickets, reports.
• Monitor delivery status and provide updates to departments.
• Coordinate loading/unloading to minimize delays and damage.
• Maintain records of vehicle trips, deliveries, fuel usage.
• Assist in monitoring vehicle registration, permits, insurance, maintenance.
