Job summary

MicroSourcing is hiring a Creative Production Specialist in Pasay City. The role involves transforming photos, videos, and brand assets into high-quality advertising creatives and organic social content across multiple brands, initially focusing on static ad design.

You will produce multiple ad versions, build reusable templates, edit short-form videos for social platforms, and collaborate with local brand managers to ensure on-brand outputs. Training and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in graphic design and static ad creative production for digital marketing or social media.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or equivalent.
• Ability to produce high volumes of creative assets while maintaining visual quality, brand consistency, and attention to detail.
• Experience creating multiple creative variations for different advertising messages, offers, formats, and placements.
• Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, layout, image selection, and other design fundamentals.
• Ability to follow creative briefs, brand guidelines, and established production workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design static advertisements and carousels using product photography, existing creative assets, and brand templates.
• Produce multiple versions of each ad by testing different headlines, offers, images, layouts, and sizes to support paid social campaigns.
• Build, maintain, and improve reusable ad templates for each brand to enable efficient, high-volume creative production.
• Edit short-form videos for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, adapting hooks, lengths, and formats to suit each platform.
• Write short headline and caption variations using each brand's approved messaging and guidelines.
• Upload creative assets into existing test campaigns in Meta Ads Manager, following established guidelines and processes. Training will be provided.
• Review creative performance feedback to identify successful approaches and apply learnings to future creative variations.
• Repurpose high-performing or previously published content into fresh creative formats.
• Create organic social media posts tailored to each brand's identity and content requirements.
• Maintain an organized creative asset library to ensure files, templates, and finished assets are easy to locate and reuse.
• Work closely with local brand managers to understand creative briefs, brand guidelines, campaign requirements, and production priorities.
• Take ownership of the quality, consistency, and timely delivery of creative outputs, with opportunities to grow into a role that helps lead creative production as the team expands.
