MicroSourcing invites a Creative Production Specialist to join its Pasay-based team, transforming photos, videos, and brand assets into high-quality advertising creatives and organic social content. Start with static ads and adapt into short-form video editing as the team grows, collaborating across brands.

You will design ads, test variations, maintain templates, and coordinate with brand managers to ensure timely, on-brand output while expanding into leadership roles as the team expands.

Qualificações

• Experience in graphic design and static ad production for digital marketing or social media.
• Proficiency with Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva or equivalent.
• Ability to produce high volumes of assets while maintaining brand consistency and quality.
• Experience creating multiple variations for different messages and formats.
• Strong sense of visual hierarchy, typography, and layout fundamentals.
• Ability to follow creative briefs and production workflows.
• Excellent time management and organization for multiple requests.
• Collaborate effectively with brand managers and incorporate feedback.

Responsabilidades

• Design static ads and carousels using product photography and brand templates.
• Create multiple ad versions to support paid social campaigns.
• Build and maintain reusable ad templates for high-volume production.
• Edit short-form videos for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
• Write concise headlines and captions following brand guidelines.
• Upload assets into Meta Ads Manager following guidelines.
• Review performance feedback to guide future variations.
• Repurpose high-performing content into new formats.
• Create organic social posts aligned with each brand's identity.
• Maintain an organized asset library for easy access.
• Collaborate with local brand managers on briefs and priorities.
• Ensure timely, high-quality creative outputs with potential growth into leadership.
