Job summary

Acquire Intelligence in Pasig is seeking a Customer Solutions Consultant to support a broad, multi-skilled back-office function for a long-standing Australian client.

You’ll be trained across the full breadth of the function from day one, enabling you to move between tasks as workload shifts. This day-shift role runs Monday to Friday, 5:00am–6:00pm PH time, offering growth opportunities within a values-driven team.

Qualifications

• Experience in a contact centre, back office, or transaction processing environment.
• Ability to navigate multiple systems concurrently with accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Action booking confirmations, referral emails, and new job entries using approved templates and CRM.
• Prepare accurate quotes and issue payment confirmations on request.
• Respond to live product identification requests using VIN, manufacturer, and product position.
• Review submitted job information against criteria to confirm the right outcome, and complete call/case audits.
• Support scheduling by following up open or incomplete jobs, rescheduling appointments, and making outbound calls.
