Qualifications

• Experience in a contact centre or back-office environment is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
• Ability to navigate multiple systems while maintaining accuracy under time pressure.
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle booking, quotes, pricing, and product identification across back-office tasks.
• Cross-train across the full function so work flows during volume shifts.
• Support scheduling, follow up open or incomplete jobs, and rebook when needed.
• Maintain high data accuracy and escalate unclear cases to improve processes.
