Job summary

Hey Rocket Pte. Ltd. is seeking a strong operations leader to oversee daily flight operations and passenger service at Changi Airport Terminals.

You will guide frontline staff, coordinate with airlines, and ensure high service standards to deliver smooth passenger experiences. This role requires NITEC or above, Singaporean nationality, and the ability to work rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays.

Join a leading aviation ground handling team and play a key role in managing daily flight operations while delivering smooth, high-quality passenger service. This is a leadership role where you’ll oversee teams, handle airline coordination, and ensure every flight runs efficiently.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Work Schedule: 5 / 6 days per week
