Job summary

GMP Technologies is seeking a Trainee Air Hub Lead - Load Control (Apron) for an airport location. You will handle Weight & Balance tasks for departing flights and ensure proper trim and CG balance for safe operations.

The role includes load planning, load distribution, and timely issuance of loading instructions to pilots before departures. The position requires strong English communication, comfort with rotating shifts, and adherence to IATA rules.

Qualifications

• Able to read, write and communicate in English.
• Comfortable with shift work.

Responsibilities

• Perform Weight & Balance responsibilities for departing flights including load calculations.
• Ensure that structural weights are within safety parameters and CG balance for each departing flight.
• Complete the Loadsheet and related Weight and Balance documentation per IATA rules; provide loadsheets to pilots before departures.

Position: Trainee Air Hub Lead - Load Control (Apron)

• Work Week & Shift: 6 days, rotating shift
• Location: Airport

Job Responsibilities:

You will perform Weight & Balance responsibilities for departing flights from Changi InternationalAirport as well as departing flights from other international airports around the globe.
Your essentialroles are to ensure that the structural weights of an aircraft are within its safety parameters and thateach departing flight is in "trim" and balanced within the centre of gravity.
You will also beresponsible for the completion of the Loadsheet and its related Weight and Balance documentationin accordance to IATA rules and regulations, handling pre-load calculations, load distribution andplanning, timely issuance of loading instructions, and timely presentation of loadsheets to pilotsbefore flight departures.

Requirements:

Able to read, write and communicate in English

Comfortable with shift work

Compensation:

Locals with local diplomas: $2600 (min)

Monthly base salary for experienced hires without diplomas can go up to $2500, excludingshift allowance(average $2XX) and OT.
