Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) and PRC Licensed Engineer.
• Minimum 3–5 years of engineering experience in hotels, preferably pre‑opening.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire & safety systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day engineering operations, ensuring all hotel systems function efficiently.
• Monitor and respond to maintenance requests and emergencies.
