• Strong interest in AI, digital systems, automation, and emerging technologies.

• Good communication, organization, and documentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Experience with ChatGPT, CustomGPTs, or other generative AI tools (preferred).
• Basic video editing and OBS Studio experience or similar video editing applications (preferred).
• Basic understanding of automation, integrations, or process improvement (preferred).
• Familiarity with ClickUp, GoHighLevel, Microsoft Teams, Power BI, or similar business applications (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Prepare scripts and supporting materials for AI-related learning content.
• Record training sessions and demonstrations using OBS or similar tools.
• Edit instructional videos for the firm's AI Learning Management System (LMS).
• Organize and prepare completed materials for LMS deployment.
• Assist in testing and improving ChatGPT CustomGPTs and Claude Skills.
• Identify errors, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement in AI tools.
• Assist with day-to-day activities related to the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Research applications, AI tools, integrations, and technologies that may benefit the firm.
• Create and maintain SOPs, system guides, procedures, testing records, and project documentation.
• Provide basic user support and elevate issues beyond the intern's scope.
