Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with technical training preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Proven mechanic and/or professional driver experience.
• Knowledge of vehicle systems and repair techniques; able to use diagnostic tools.
• Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy objects.
• Basic record-keeping and reporting skills.
• Technical certification in automotive or diesel mechanics is a plus.
• Experience with fleet vehicles and safety/regulatory standards.
• Safe, defensive driving mindset and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to work in SAN PEDRO LAGUNA.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles to transport personnel, equipment, or goods
• Perform routine vehicle inspections before and after trips
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues
• Conduct preventive maintenance (oil changes, brake service, tire replacement, fluid checks)
• Repair or replace defective vehicle parts as needed
• Maintain accurate maintenance and service records
• Ensure vehicles comply with safety and regulatory standards
• Respond to breakdowns and perform roadside repairs when necessary
• Keep vehicles clean and in good working condition
• Follow company safety policies and procedures
