Job summary

R1 RCM PHILIPPINES, INC. is seeking a full-time DRGV Analyst to ensure accuracy of medical coding and billing. The role supports revenue cycle management in our Cebu City and Quezon City teams.

You will work with DRGV and IP coding, leveraging EMR systems like Epic/Cerner/Meditech, and apply strong medical terminology knowledge to maintain data integrity. Growth and sponsorship opportunities exist.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years and 6 months of DRGV coding experience; or
• At least 2 years and 6 months of Inpatient Medical Coding (IP) experience; or
• A combination of DRGV and IP coding experience totaling at least 2 years and 6 months
• Bachelor’s degree in any medical allied course
• Successful completion of inpatient certification program from AHIMA (CCS) or AAPC (CIC)
• CPC, must have at least 2 years DRGV experience
• Experience in EMR systems such as Epic, Cerner & Meditech
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology

We are growing our DRGV Analyst team in Quezon City and Cebu City!
