Job summary

Shore360, Inc. is seeking an Industrial Designer for the Design Team to develop and manage precise 3D CAD models using Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD. You will create, modify, and validate parts and assemblies, ensuring production-ready designs and ISO-compliant documentation.

The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and collaboration with engineering and production teams. Work setup is Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM, on-site in the Philippines with perks like HMO

Qualifications

• Proficient in Autodesk Inventor.
• Proficient in Autodesk AutoCAD.
• High attention to detail to ensure all CAD components are included.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage detailed 3D CAD models and assemblies.
• Build and maintain accurate Bill of Materials (BOMs).
• Ensure CAD data meets production tolerances and ISO standards.
• Generate and update 2D drawings, exploded views, and technical docs for production.
• Remodel existing 3D models to Autodesk Inventor native format and detailed parts modelling.
• Work with PDM & ERP systems to maintain version control and data integrity (e.g., Inventor Vault).
• Log and track tasks in project management tools (Asana).

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage detailed 3D CAD models and assemblies.
• Build and maintain accurate, structured Bill of Materials (BOMs)
• Ensure CAD data aligns with production requirements, tolerances, and standards
• Generate and update 2D drawings, exploded views, and technical documentation for production to ISO standards. (Metal Fabrication, CNC Machining/ Routing)
• Support engineering and product management in design reviews, drawing checks, and design verification processes
• Taking an existing 3D model and remodeling it into an Autodesk Inventor native format as well as detailed parts modelling
• Work within PDM & ERP systems to maintain version control and ensure data integrity throughout the development cycle. Specifically, Inventor Vault
• Working with Project management systems to log and complete tasks through Asana

Required Experience

• Proficient in Autodesk Inventor
• Proficient in Autodesk AutoCAD
• High attention to detail as they will need to check the CAD model to make sure that all the components are included in the model Export
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Preferred but not required English standardized test (8.0 IELTS - 100 TOEFL – 80 PTE)
