Job summary

EPTA Refrigeration Phils. Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking a Draftsman to create accurate 2D and 3D drawings for air-conditioning and store display projects.

You will produce layouts, revise designs, and prepare as-built documentation under guidance from engineers and project managers. Ideal candidates are graduates of Drafting Technology or related fields, proficient in AutoCAD and Revit, with attention to detail and good communication.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare 2D and 3D technical drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.

• Prepare basic electrical line drawings in support of project requirements.
• Create showcase layouts and store design drawings based on project specifications.
• Conduct drawing revisions based on project requirements and site conditions.

Principal Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

Job Qualifications:

• Experience in preparing air-conditioning (A/C) and ductwork design and manufacturing drawings are advantage.
• Ability to create showcase layouts and store design drawings.
• Capable of interpreting building design drawings, engineering plans, and floor layouts.
• Experience in preparing and updating as-built drawings and design documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in technical drawings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and revise 2D and 3D technical drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Develop A/C system layouts, ductwork drawings, and related technical documentation.
• Prepare basic electrical line drawings in support of project requirements.
• Create showcase layouts and store design drawings based on project specifications.
• Conduct drawing revisions based on project requirements and site conditions.
  Prepare and maintain as-built drawings and design files.
  Coordinate with Engineers, Project Managers, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure drawing requirements are met.
  Maintain organized records of drawings, revisions, and project documentation.

Requirements:

• Graduate of Drafting Technology, Engineering Technology, Architectural Technology or any related field.
• Fresh graduates with strong technical drafting skills are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and drafting software applications.
• Knowledge of 2D drafting and Revit is required.
• Familiarity with basic electrical line drawings.
