Job summary

Epta Refrigeration Phils. Inc. is seeking a Draftsman to support our A/C and building design projects in the Philippines. You will prepare 2D/3D drawings, develop ductwork layouts, and update as-built documents using AutoCAD and Revit.

Fresh graduates are welcome; strong technical drafting skills and attention to detail are essential. Proficiency in MS Office and good communication with engineers, PMs, and operations is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in preparing air-conditioning (A/C) and ductwork design and manufacturing drawings is an advantage.
• Ability to create showcase layouts and store design drawings.
• Capable of interpreting building design drawings, engineering plans, and floor layouts.
• Experience in preparing and updating as-built drawings and design documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in technical drawings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and revise 2D and 3D technical drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Develop A/C system layouts, ductwork drawings, and related technical documentation.
• Prepare basic electrical line drawings in support of project requirements.
• Create showcase layouts and store design drawings based on project specifications.
• Conduct drawing revisions based on project requirements and site conditions.
• Prepare and maintain as-built drawings and design files.
• Coordinate with Engineers, Project Managers, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure drawing requirements are met.
