Job description

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Drafting Technology, Architecture, Engineering, or any related field.

• At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in drafting.

• Knowledge and ability to operate AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other drafting/design softwares.

• Ability to produce accurate and detailed technical drawings.

• Ability to develop/create 3D models as necessary.

• Keen attention to detail and accuracy.

• Experience in commercial design is an advantage but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate AutoCAD for engineering projects and proposals.

• Operate AutoCAD to prepare and maintain the mall’s as-built drawings for civil, mechanical, electrical, and architectural works.

• Update as-built drawings from time to time based on completed projects, modifications, and site changes.

• Create and revise 2D drawings and 3D models as required.

• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and relevant departments to ensure drawings are accurate and updated.
