Job summary

Acedo Builders Inc is seeking a skilled draftsman to produce detailed technical drawings and working plans for construction projects in Cavite. The role requires interpreting architectural, structural, and engineering drawings with accuracy and coordinating with engineers, architects, and site staff.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant drafting experience, a degree in Drafting Technology with NC II, and a strong eye for detail.

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 2 years of relevant experience as a Draftsman, preferably in construction, engineering, or related industries.

• Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree or Associate’s Degree in Drafting Technology, with NC II certification.

• Proficient in AutoCAD and other drafting/design software.

• Knowledgeable in preparing technical drawings, working drawings, shop drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.

• Able to accurately interpret architectural, structural, and engineering plans.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in measurements, dimensions, and specifications.

• Able to coordinate effectively with engineers, architects, project supervisors, contractors, and site personnel.

• Willing to make revisions and adjustments based on project requirements and site conditions.

• Willing to work Monday to Saturday and render overtime when necessary to meet project deadlines.

• Hardworking, responsible, reliable, and highly motivated.

• Able to work under pressure and handle multiple projects and tight deadlines.

• Proactive and results-oriented, with the ability to take on challenging tasks and complete work efficiently.

• Willing to work on-site and/or in the office, depending on project requirements.
