Job summary

HTLand, Inc. is seeking a capable Draftsman/AutoCAD operator to support our architectural and structural projects in the Philippines. The role focuses on As-Built plans, drawing production, and maintaining documentation standards.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of CAD experience, proficiency in AutoCAD 2D, and familiarity with BIM tools. This on-site position offers growth in a dynamic tower/construction environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Architecture, Civil Engineering, Architectural Drafting, or a related course.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Draftsman or AutoCAD operator in building or high-rise/tower projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD (2D); 3D/Revit or BIM experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• As-Built plans / record drawings (main task).
• Drawing preparation and production.
• Drawing standards and documentation control.
• Coordination and issuance.

Basic Requirements

1. Graduate of Architecture, Civil Engineering, Architectural Drafting, or a related course; vocational/technical diploma holders with strong CAD skills may also be considered.

2. At least 1-2 years of experience as a Draftsman or AutoCAD operator, preferably in building or high-rise/tower construction projects.

3. Proficient in AutoCAD (2D required; 3D/Revit or BIM experience is an advantage).
