About the Role

As an Architecture Draftsperson / Architect, you will be required to work on various phases of Design in a growing Building Design Studio. Ideally, you will have experience in Architecture Drafting and Design, and strong knowledge of various facets of Architecture Documentation. Knowledge of working with any rendering tool, such as 3ds Max, Lumion, etc, will be highly advantageous.

The position is tailored to suit a competent architect / architectural draftsperson with a minimum of 5 years of experience in residential/commercial/industrial dwelling design. Advanced knowledge of Autodesk Revit software is mandatory. Your day-to-day duties will include collaborating on new designs and drafting various projects from concept to fully detailed construction documentation.

• Work alongside the drafting team and report directly to the Director (Architect).


• Must be a team player and willing to go the extra mile to facilitate the team.


• Work closely with the Design / Drafting team to facilitate their desired outcome.

What You Need to Succeed

As a minimum, the successful candidate will have 5 years of architectural drafting experience and will be able to demonstrate the following:

• You must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Architecture or equivalent.


• Must have a strong command of Revit (mandatory).


• Lumion and/or 3ds Max knowledge would be a plus, but not mandatory.


• Must be proficient in all facets of drawings such as Concept, Schematic, Detail, and Construction Drawings.


• Proficient in English, both verbally and in writing.


• Good management and coordination skills.


• Strong attention to detail with excellent verbal and written communication skills.


• Must possess a high-end Gaming Laptop / PC (Minimum Core i7 or equivalent) to handle high-end projects.


• Familiar with Structure / MEP Details / Drawings.
