Job summary

HTLand, Inc. is seeking a supervisor for a small drafting team to oversee 2 Draftsmen, assign tasks, and ensure timely delivery.

The role also provides technical and administrative support to the Technical Management Group and requires maintaining milestone dashboards to monitor project status against schedules. Ideal candidates will have an architecture or civil engineering background and experience with drafting software such as AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Architecture or Civil Engineering or a related course.
• Having 1 year of relevant experience in construction, real estate, or architectural/engineering support work is preferred.
• Experience supervising or leading a small drafting team is advantageous since this role directly supervises 2 Draftsmen.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD or other design/drafting software is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise and coordinate the work of 2 Draftsmen — assigning drawing tasks, reviewing output for accuracy, and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Provide technical and administrative support to the Technical Management Group.
• Prepare and maintain milestone dashboards to track overall project/handover status against the target schedule.
