Job summary

HTLand, Inc. is seeking a supervisor for a small drafting team to oversee 2 Draftsmen, assign tasks, and ensure timely delivery.

The role also provides technical and administrative support to the Technical Management Group and requires maintaining milestone dashboards to monitor project status against schedules. Ideal candidates will have an architecture or civil engineering background and experience with drafting software such as AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Architecture or Civil Engineering or a related course.
• Having 1 year of relevant experience in construction, real estate, or architectural/engineering support work is preferred.
• Experience supervising or leading a small drafting team is advantageous since this role directly supervises 2 Draftsmen.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD or other design/drafting software is an advantage.

3. Prepare and maintain milestone dashboards to track overall project/handover status against the target schedule.

Basic Requirements

1. Graduate of Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related course.

2. Prior experience supervising or leading a small drafting team is an advantage, given this role directly supervises 2 Draftsmen.

3. At least 1 year of relevant experience in construction, real estate, or architectural/engineering support work (fresh graduates with strong qualifications may be considered).

4. Working knowledge of AutoCAD and/or other design/drafting software is an advantage.
