Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Senior Downstream Planner to strengthen on-time delivery by aligning demand, materials, and capacity for Cavite and Rosario plants in the Philippines. You will develop and control production plans, monitor schedules, and coordinate with Customer Care, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to ensure deliveries are met.

The role emphasizes strong analytical skills, ERP experience, and collaboration in a fast-paced environment, reporting onsite at Rosario, Cavite.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related.
At least 3 years of experience in production or material planning in a manufacturing plant
Experience in ERP (SAP, Kinaxis, or Oracle)
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel
Excellent coordination skills and ability to manage fast-paced factory environments.

Responsibilities

Plan, control, and develop a production plan to fulfill customer requirements.
Weekly OTDS measure and develop action OTD for the month.
Perform root cause analysis for the OTDS failed Line.
Validate machine, manpower, and line availability to ensure schedules are realistic and executable.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align with capacity and material availability.
Monitor production queue and adjust schedules as needed.
Track KPIs: Schedule Adherence, attainment, WIP health.
Support Lean and digital tools for continuous improvement.
