Job summary

International Committee of the Red Cross in Manila is seeking a Reporting Officer for the ECHO Reporting Cell to craft donor contracts, negotiations documents, and fundraising materials. You will work with the Grant Production team to ensure timely, compliant reporting for global donors.

The role requires strong English communication, university education, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a humanitarian setting. Onsite in Makati with Philippine residency preferred.

Qualifications

• University graduate.
• Excellent English communication skills; proficiency in French an asset.
• Computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Study donor/partner requirements and coordinate with focal points to facilitate the delivery of such requirements throughout the life cycle of the donor contract, starting from negotiations.
• Produce required iterations of fundraising materials based on donor requests and operational updates, and to meet the final terms and conditions of donor contracts.
• Builds narratives based on data from internal reporting tools to develop high-quality reports outlining performance against proposals and objectives.
• Ensures that documents submitted to donors comply with the donors’ reporting requirements.
• Consolidates data on programme implementation and indicators monitoring.
• Keeps available and up-to-date information on ICRC activities and humanitarian developments in contexts.
