Job summary

Ron_Freelancer is seeking a highly technical DocuSign System Administrator to manage, configure, and optimize our DocuSign CLM and eSignature platforms. You will design, deploy, and maintain solutions while ensuring security, compliance, and seamless integration with enterprise systems.

The role requires expertise in workflow automation, API integrations, SSO/SAML/OAuth, and advanced system configurations, with hands-on experience across ERP/CRM integrations and secure governance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on administering DocuSign CLM and eSignature platforms.
• Strong experience with DocuSign API REST v2.1, webhooks, and integrations.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation (Python/PowerShell/JS).
• Experience integrating DocuSign with SAP, Oracle, Workday, NetSuite, Salesforce, or ServiceNow.
• Hands-on with SSO, SAML, OAuth and Active Directory integration.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain DocuSign CLM and eSignature environments, ensuring uptime and performance.
• Configure roles, permissions, security policies, and authentication mechanisms (SSO/SAML/OAuth).
• Implement advanced DocuSign Admin settings: Data Masking, Signing Order, Auto-tagging, Workflow Routing.
• Perform DocuSign Connect webhook configurations for real-time events and integrations.
• Monitor logs, audit trails, and compliance reports; design automated workflows and routing.
