Job summary

WeConnect Technology Philippines seeks a Telecom project sourcing and coordination specialist to support construction and subcontractor management in telecoms. The role focuses on ensuring timely, high-quality project delivery and resource adequacy for project implementation.

You will coordinate with subcontractors, manage POs and settlements, and work with government authorities when required. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential to succeed.

• Responsible for Telecom communication engineering construction company sourcing, certification
• Responsible for the engineering project delivery process of subcontractors management: including POs, settlement and payment, problem handling, etc.
• Ensure the enough subcontractor teams resource for Project implementation

• Familiar with the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing;
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage resources and ensure timely, high-quality project delivery;
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex project scenarios;
• Experience in coordinating with government or relevant authorities is a plus.
