Job summary

AboitizPower is hiring a Project Document Controller to implement site document control procedures and manage information lifecycle systems across the project lifecycle. You will work closely with the Project Development Manager to deliver results, ensure compliance, and support knowledge management and handover to asset teams.

The role requires strong governance of Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS), attention to metadata standards, and collaboration with multiple stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 5–10 years project experience in document control or related field.
• Relevant training certifications preferred when applicable.

Responsibilities

• Implement project site document control procedures across the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with Project Information Specialist to develop and maintain documentation controls.
• Lead and support EDMS governance, document routing, and metadata standards.
• Ensure security, integrity, and proper handover of project documents and records.
• Prepare Information Management progress reports and highlight gaps with recommendations.
