Job summary

OpenTable is seeking a District Manager in the Philippines to lead a sales and account management team within the local district. You will drive restaurant retention, acquisition, and revenue growth, reporting to the Senior Director of Restaurant Sales and Services for Asia & Middle East.

You will hire, train, coach, and lead Account Managers and Account Executives, translate data into insights, maintain product knowledge, and collaborate with marketing to expand B2B and B2C efforts while

Qualifications

Proven success managing and leading a sales & account management team.
Strong data skills, including the ability to identify key insights and translate those insights into actionable recommendations.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Flexibility for regional and international travel is required.

Responsibilities

Hire, train, coach and lead Account Managers and Account Executives toward exceeding sales and retention goals monthly, quarterly, and annually.
Understand and act on fundamental business drivers, delivering data-driven proposals that lead to revenue growth.
Build and nurture relationships with key customers in your district.
Maintain an expert level of understanding of all OpenTable products and services.
Maintain clear communication with your team and stakeholders.
Collaborate with regional marketing to expand the business through B2B and B2C efforts.
