Job summary

Job Overview

Executes and manages inventory planning and replenishment through the Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) approach, including reviewing ICO data, creating sales orders, and coordinating with planning, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and stock availability. Monitors inventory reports, prepares stock and performance analyses, supports product and promo rollouts, and drives process improvements while ensuring compliance with company policies and KPI reporting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, or Supply Chain-related courses (license is an advantage)
• With at least 1-2 years of experience in operations or service industries under Logistics, Finance, Supply Chain, or Continuous Improvement
• Exposure to ISO, EMS, FSSC, or HACCP environments and KPI management/reporting
• Knowledge of process improvement tools such as Value Stream Mapping (VSM), process flowcharting, and problem-solving techniques
• Trained or certified in Lean, Supply Chain, or Project Management, with hands-on project experience preferred
