Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in distribution operations or channel management within hospitality.
• Strong attention to detail with high data quality standards.

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Distribution Coordinator to manage property onboarding and maintain listing accuracy across our Property Management System (PMS) and key distribution channels. In this role, you will ensure seamless channel integrations, accurate content and ratemapping, and optimal system performance to drive smooth, efficient distribution operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Property Onboarding & Listing Management: Onboard and manage new and existing properties across PMS and distribution channels, including rate plan mapping, channelmanager integration, and overall content management.
• Content & Channel Maintenance: Update copy, imagery, and settings across third-partyextranets, PMS, and channel management systems to maintain accurate listings onOTAs, GDS, corporate, and direct booking channels.
• Integration & Setup: Assist in configuring new distribution channels and integratingproperties into existing sales platforms.
• Auditing & Channel Health: Conduct regular audits and monitor channel health to verifyactive connections, maximum visibility, and full system functionality.
• Troubleshooting & Data Integrity: Promptly resolve channel-related discrepancies ortechnical sync issues, maintaining data accuracy and consistency across all systemsthrough strict quality controls.
• Operational Support: Perform administrative tasks as needed to support dailydistribution operations.

Qualifications

• OTA & Channel Expertise: Hands-on experience managing listings, inventory, and contenton major platforms, including Airbnb, Booking.com, and Expedia.
• Technical Proficiency: Proven understanding of the technical relationship between PMSand Channel Managers, with the ability to navigate API connections, map rate plans, andtroubleshoot sync errors.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of direct experience in distribution operations or channelmanagement within the hospitality sector.
