Alfamart Trading Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Distribution Center Manager to oversee end-to-end warehouse operations supporting Alfamart’s growing retail network in the Philippines.

You will manage inbound to outbound processes, warehouse layout, and inventory controls to ensure on-time store replenishment. The role requires strong leadership of large teams, data-driven decision making, and a track record in high-volume FMCG distribution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• 5–10 years of warehouse operations experience in FMCG or retail distribution.
• Experience handling 4,000–10,000 SKUs and managing large teams (200+ personnel).
• Strong background from inbound to dispatch and store replenishment.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and data-driven reporting.
• Proven leadership, people management, and analytical problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations: receiving, storage, inventory, picking, and dispatch.
• Manage high-volume inventory accuracy and control with 4,000–10,000 SKUs.
• Lead inbound operations, cycle counting, and inventory reconciliation.
• Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization; monitor KPIs (accuracy, turnaround time, on-time delivery).
• Drive process improvements using data and WMS; manage large teams (200+ personnel).
• Coordinate dispatch operations, delivery staging, and multi-store replenishment.

As a Distribution Center Manager or Warehouse Manager, you are responsible for overseeing end-to-end warehouse operations supporting Alfamart’s growing retail network. This role ensures efficient inbound, storage, inventory management, picking, and outbound processes to enable timely and accurate store replenishment. As a key operations leader, you will drive productivity, cost efficiency, and operational discipline while managing large teams in a high-volume environment.

• Experienced Warehouse Operations Leader handling end-to-end warehouse processes (receiving, storage, inventory, picking, and dispatch)
• Skilled in managing high-volume inventory (4,000–10,000 SKUs) with strong focus on accuracy and control
• Proven experience in inbound operations, cycle counting, and inventory reconciliation
• Knowledgeable in warehouse layout optimization and space utilization
• Strong background in order fulfillment (loose, batch, and zone picking)
• Experience in dispatch operations, delivery staging, and multi-store coordination
• Able to monitor and drive KPIs such as accuracy, turnaround time, and on-time delivery
• Strong capability in process improvement using data and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Proven people leader with experience handling large teams (200+ personnel including supervisors)
• Strong in workforce planning, performance management, and team development
• Committed to safety, compliance, and maintaining audit-ready warehouse operations
• Able to build a culture of accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement

What does it take to be part of the team?

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
• At least 5–10 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in FMCG or retail distribution
• Proven experience in handling high SKU volume (4,000–10,000 SKUs)
• Experience managing large teams (200+ personnel)
• Strong background in end-to-end warehouse operations (inbound to dispatch)
• Solid experience in inventory management, picking operations, and store replenishment
• Exposure to route planning and multi-store distribution is an advantage
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and data-driven reporting
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Strong focus on operational excellence and process improvement
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment
