Job summary

Emapta is seeking a Paralegal - Dispute Resolution to coordinate labor disputes, evidence, filings, deadlines, and stakeholder requirements in a hybrid Quezon City setting. The role offers opportunities to work with top professionals, gain global exposure, and grow within a supportive environment.

Responsibilities include end-to-end dispute management, liaising with internal teams and external counsel, and travel to regional venues as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in legal-related field is required
• At least 3 years of paralegal experience in labor relations, employee relations, or litigation support
• Experience with SEnA, DOLE or NLRC conciliation or mediation preferred
• Willingness to attend face-to-face proceedings and travel to regional venues

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end labor matters from SEnA to arbitration and appeal
• Attend SEnA, conciliation and mediation proceedings as company representative
• Coordinate schedules for overlapping or same-day proceedings across NCR and regional locations
• Prepare and organize case chronologies, evidence packets, and settlement documents
• Maintain case calendars and track deadlines imposed by statutes and courts
• Draft, proofread, format, and file pleadings and other litigation documents
• Collaborate with People & Culture, IT, Finance, and external counsel on records and filings
• Provide support for external court cases and maintain organized matter files
• Conduct basic legal research and summarize findings for lawyer review
• Support global collections and asset recovery efforts and assist with disciplinary proceedings
