Asia Brewery Incorporated seeks a logistics supervisor to optimize land service provider usage and prevent stock delays. You will personally handle dispatching at the Cabuyao Plant and supervise nationwide plant and sales-office operations.

The role includes annual audits of plant operations, evaluating personnel performance, and ensuring compliance with international, local, and regulatory management systems. You will drive root-cause analysis for deviations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year degree course.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in logistics, distribution, warehousing, or manufacturing (supervisory experience preferred).
• Proficient in computer systems, setting up logistics KPIs, managing hauler performance, and dispatch procedures.

Optimize land service provider utilization to prevent stock shipment delays, directly handling dispatching at the Cabuyao Plant while supervising operations across other plant and sales office locations nationwide. The role is responsible for auditing plant operations annually, evaluating personnel performance, ensuring compliance with international, local, and regulatory management systems, and driving root-cause analysis and corrective actions for operational deviations.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any 4-year degree course
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related field (1 to 4 years of supervisory experience in logistics, distribution, warehousing, or manufacturing is preferred).
• Proficient in computer systems, setting up logistics KPIs, managing hauler performance, and implementing cost-effective dispatching procedures.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, operational controls, and quality management system requirements to resolve nonconformities.
