Job summary

Flash Express in Negros Occidental, Canlandog, is seeking a dispatch operations specialist to manage day and night transportation, ensuring efficient parcel movement and on-time delivery.

You will coordinate capacity with parcel volumes, adjust routes as needed, and support vehicle planning while liaising with suppliers and branches nationwide.

Fresh graduates are welcome; night shift availability is required, and the role is on-site at Warehouse K5-K6, Circumferential Rd, Banago, Bacolod City.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations/Transportation or related field.
• 6+ months experience in dispatching trucks.
• Fresh graduates welcome for night shift.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel.
• Good communication skills.
• Night shift availability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day and night transportation operations to ensure efficient service.
• Coordinate capacity with parcels and adjust routes as needed.
• Arrange daily transport vehicle plan and coordinate with the supplier and branches nationwide.
• Analyze vehicle usage and resolve issues to meet customer demands on time.
• Prepare daily performance data and suggest process improvements.
• Perform additional tasks as required by the company or supervisor.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the operations of transportation for day and night shift to ensure the efficiently operation.
• Coordinate and allocate the capacity in accordance with the quantity of parcels and adjust the routes according to real circumstances.
• Support the daily transport vehicle arrangement plan, coordinate with affiliated car company (supplier) and all branches across country that required service.
• Analyze the vehicle usage of each unit, follow-up, and solve problems to meet the demands and requirements of customers on time.
• Support on data preparation for daily performance report, analyze problems, and suggest solutions to superior for create or modify work process to improve the operation efficiency and effectiveness.
• Perform other work delivered by the company or superior

Qualifications:

• Bachelor'(s) degree in Operations/Transportation or any related course
• At least 6 months experience in dispatching trucks
• Open to Fresh Graduate that willing to work night shift schedule
• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel
