Job summary

Chef's Secret Inc. is seeking a Dispatching & Distribution Supervisor for our Santolan facility in Pasig City. You will coordinate and supervise daily dispatching and distribution across breads, pastries, and ready meals, ensuring on-time deliveries and route optimization.

You will lead the dispatch team, maintain documentation, enforce GMP/SOP/HACCP, and collaborate with 3PL partners as needed. On-site work with a focus on food manufacturing logistics is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Logistics, SCM, Customs Administration, Business Operations or Food Technology.
• 2–3 years in dispatching logistics, fleet management, or distribution operations.
• 1–2 years in a supervisory capacity.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, schedule, and supervise daily dispatching and distribution logistics across all product lines.
• Streamline delivery routes, manage transport schedules, and monitor transit for on-time deliveries.
• Handle fleet maintenance and coordinate with 3PL partners when needed.
• Ensure cold-chain compliance and GMP/SOP/HACCP in the dispatch zone.
• Maintain accurate documentation and shipping records.
