Job summary

Nightowl Consulting in the Philippines is seeking a Disclosures Processor to receive and process requests through the proprietary disclosure system, organize queue, and ensure loan disclosures are issued accurately and timely.

You will analyze loan terms and compliance reports to resolve issues, multitask across origination systems and vendor interfaces, and follow state/federal regulations related to disclosures, fees, and terms. Attention to detail is essential.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process requests through the proprietary disclosure system; organize queue and track pending disclosure requests to ensure that loan disclosures are issued correctly and in a timely fashion.
• Analyze and research existing loan terms and compliance reports to resolve issues regarding disclosure and fee requirements
• Multitask effectively between several software interfaces, including loan origination system and document vendor interface
• Analyze CIC requests per the parameters of the loan file to determine the viability of requests per compliance rules; update all necessary software applications and issue disclosure packages.
• Understand and adhere to departmental goals, company policies, and state/federal regulations that relate to loan terms, fees, and disclosures.
• Troubleshoot a variety of possible problems with loan disclosures.
• Read, implement, and keep track of updates and changes to workflow, policies, and product changes as they occur.
