Job summary

TaskUs in the Philippines is seeking a Director of Operations to oversee several campaigns and align Operations Managers, Team Leaders, and staff toward client satisfaction. You will manage staffing, training, and scalable processes while maintaining strong cross-functional collaboration.

The role requires leadership excellence, strategic thinking, and a proven ability to scale operations and retain talent within a fast-paced BPO environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop team goals and implement plans to achieve objectives.
• Guide managers to meet team and individual targets while ensuring policy compliance.
• Assist senior leadership in crafting operations procedures and scale initiatives.

Imagine yourself going to work with one thing on your mind: you want to focus on client satisfaction. As you tackle your new tasks for the day, you know that it will lead to one thing: oversee and direct the activities of a number of campaigns along with all Operations Managers, Team Leaders and Staff assigned to these programs.

As Director of Operations, you will:

• Be responsible for a wide spectrum of responsibilities and must be able to multitask with ease and proficiency.
• Be responsible for regular and often daily interactions with all the company departments/campaign team leaders and the whole management team.
• Maintain an open line of communication between staff and senior management.
• Manage and staff the operations assigned.
• Be responsible for all aspects of operations which include but are not limited to monitoring operations staffing, provide temporary coverage and training; provision of excellent clientele service, problem resolution and the like.
• Develop individual and team goals and implement plans to carry out objectives.
• Guide the Operations Managers in meeting all team & individual goals.
• Ensure compliance with all established policies and procedures.
• Assist the Senior Director of Operations /Vice President of Operations in crafting operations procedures.

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience in the related field preferably Director or VP level specializing in BPO Autonomous Vehicle Operations.
• Strong computer skills especially in using Google Suite applications.
• Ability to prepare ROI on business and report to executive leadership about progress, next steps and growth opportunities.
• Proven track record of meeting, delivering and exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Must be able to build productive business relationships with clients and must have strong organizational, analytical and managerial skills. We need someone who possesses a professional, courteous, and resilient attitude.
• Ability to effectively manage third-party vendor relationships.
• Attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills.
• Strong professionalism with foundational skills such as presentation, reliability, and discipline.
• Proven ability to scale operations, and strong experience at employee retention.
