Sutherland in the Philippines is seeking a Process Improvement Director to lead enterprise transformation across Banking and Collections, partnering with clients to deliver measurable business outcomes.

You will drive Lean Six Sigma-based programs, automation, and digital solutions, mentoring teams and shaping future-state operating models.

The role requires strategic vision, executive communication, and a track record of improving productivity, customer experience, and financial performance.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification from a recognized institution.
• 10+ years leading complex transformation or process improvement programs.
• 7+ years driving operational excellence in US Banking and Financial Services.
• 2+ years executing digital transformation strategies in banking/FS.
• Proven track record delivering programs with measurable improvements in productivity, customer experience, quality, and financial performance.
• Strong expertise in contact center tech (IVR, CTI, CRM, analytics, omnichannel).
• Hands-on with RPA and Intelligent Automation platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Power Automate).
• Familiarity with AI technologies including Generative AI and LLMs is desirable.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), data analytics, and Agile.
• Strong ROI and cost-benefit analysis skills.
• Executive communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams in fast-paced global environments.
• Advanced analytics tools proficiency (Minitab, Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau).

• Provide executive-level governance and stakeholder reporting.
• Lead cross-functional teams in process redesign and change management.
• Establish KPIs and performance frameworks for sustainability.
• Mentor and develop high-performing teams.
