Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• Black Belt certified from a recognized institute or company.
• 10+ years of leading complex technology projects in banking/contact center domains.
• 7+ years driving process improvement on US Banking metrics and digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead process excellence and Lean/Six Sigma initiatives across sites.
• Drive transformational programs and align technology with business goals.
• Coach cross-functional teams and manage project benefit realization.
• Partner with IT, architecture, and stakeholders to deliver improvements.
