The position requires overseeing a portfolio over $100M, delivering on schedule and within budget, while guiding teams through complex project execution and risk management.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in construction management or project delivery.
• Experience managing portfolios exceeding $100 million.
• Strong understanding of ESPC or energy infrastructure delivery.
• Leadership of multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency with scheduling and project management software (Primavera, Procore).

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for construction and project management teams delivering large-scale sustainable infrastructure projects.
• Oversee the execution of a project portfolio exceeding $100 million, ensuring safety, schedule, budget, and contract compliance.
• Manage project delivery across multiple contract structures including performance contracting and design-build.
• Establish project execution standards, staffing plans, and operational objectives to maximize efficiency and profitability.
• Oversee planning, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, risk management, and quality assurance.
• Lead lifecycle project management from preconstruction through closeout and post-project evaluation.
