Job summary

Zaddy Solutions in the Philippines (Aurora) seeks a Director of Project Delivery to lead large-scale energy infrastructure and ESPC-based programs. You will drive performance contracting delivery, manage multisector teams, and oversee portfolios over $100M with focus on safety, quality, and schedule.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in construction management, strong financial acumen, and experience with design-build, HVAC retrofit, and energy infrastructure projects; PMP/DBIA and ESCO exposure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in construction management, project delivery, or related operations leadership.
• Experience managing large-scale project portfolios exceeding $100 million.
• Strong understanding of performance contracting, design-build construction, energy infrastructure, mechanical/HVAC retrofits, or other complex infrastructure delivery models.
• Experience leading and developing multidisciplinary project management and construction teams.
• Strong financial acumen, including project budgeting, forecasting, revenue recognition, gross margin management, and cash flow.
• Ability to evaluate conceptual designs, identify project risks, and develop effective mitigation strategies.
• Experience managing subcontractor relationships, contract negotiations, and complex project execution requirements.
• Proficiency with scheduling and project management software (Primavera, Procore).
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe applications, and financial reporting systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, organizational, and executive-level presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across multiple business functions and lead teams within a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for construction and project management teams delivering large-scale sustainable infrastructure and performance contracting projects.
• Oversee the execution of a project portfolio exceeding $100 million, ensuring safety, schedule, budget, and contractual compliance.
• Manage project delivery across multiple contract structures including performance contracting, design-build, and energy retrofits.
• Establish execution standards, staffing plans, and objectives to maximize efficiency and profitability.
• Oversee planning, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, risk management, QA, and contract administration.
• Lead projects through development, preconstruction, execution, closeout, and post-project evaluation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, operational efficiencies, and enhanced delivery performance.
