Job summary

Visa is seeking a Director, Software Test Engineering to drive the Testing Pillar's multi-year transformation and deliver a new enterprise testing platform. You will lead a team of Analysts and Senior Consultants across regional or shared-service scopes, balancing schedules, priorities, and stakeholder needs.

The role emphasizes collaboration with COE and regional testing groups, end-to-end product launches, and AI-enabled testing processes to boost efficiency and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years experience delivering large initiatives with business value.
• Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Proven people leadership experience and success.
• 5+ years in Software Testing (payments, mobile, web, client-server).
• Strong AI expertise in adoption and integration into products.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Testing Pillar's transformation roadmap and strategic plans.
• Direct a team of Analysts and Consultants across regions.
• Define schedules, priorities and cross-functional alignment.
• Oversee end-to-end go-to-market planning for new testing platform.
• Integrate AI-driven capabilities into product and workflows.
