Agoda is seeking a Senior Consultant, People Development & Performance to join our team. You will partner with HRBPs and leaders to support talent priorities, performance management, succession planning, and capability-building initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

5+ years in strategic or management consulting.
Experience in talent management within multinational environments.
Strong project management with timely delivery.
Data-driven approach with stakeholders.
Excellent communication and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

Partner with HRBPs and leaders to understand business needs and talent priorities.
Coordinate ongoing performance management activities with HRBPs and managers.
Identify talent patterns and provide practical insights for stakeholders.
Prepare analyses on talent priorities and development needs for key roles.
Support design, improvement, and delivery of talent practices and tools.
Facilitate talent and performance discussions with stakeholders, bringing data and structure.
Develop guidance, tools, and processes to simplify talent practices.
