Job summary

Connext in Davao City is seeking a Director of Operations who mentors and develops Operations Managers, ensuring high-quality service to clients and teams.

You will partner with the Business Unit Manager to drive continuous improvement, align priorities, set clear goals, and lead KPI-driven performance across the unit. The role also involves coordinating with internal leaders and client contacts, reviewing invoices for accuracy, and implementing improvements.

Qualifications

• At least five (5) years of experience mentoring and supporting supervisors or team leaders.
• Experience managing or supporting teams with at least 50 members.
• Experience talking to and assisting customers or clients, whether they are individuals or representatives from another company (Business- to-business or business-to-consumer setting).
• Must have a stable employment history.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and guides Operations Managers, setting expectations and coaching for leadership development.
• Supports Operations Managers with planning, execution, coaching, and leadership development.
• Leads the operations team with client performance goals together with the Business Unit Manager.
• Coordinates with internal leaders and client contacts to align decisions and set targets.
• Reviews client invoices details with managers to ensure accuracy.
• Creates and implements action plans to improve day-to-day performance and client/team satisfaction.
• Prepares and shares reports on team performance and key metrics.
• Helps set team and individual KPIs, and provides regular feedback for improvement.
• Reviews current processes to improve efficiency and align with company goals.
• Builds and applies strategies to standardize operations across the business unit.
• Stays updated on industry trends and ensures documentation, guidelines, and training materials are current.
