Lennor Metier Consulting, acting as recruitment partner, is seeking a Director of IT for a leading semiconductor company in Calabarzon. The role provides strategic and operational leadership for IT across two manufacturing facilities, covering infrastructure, MES, OT, and enterprise platforms.

Requires 15+ years in IT with 3–5 years in leadership, strong communication, and English proficiency. Onsite, day shift, salary up to ₱400,000.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, engineering, or related field required.
• Minimum 15 years IT experience with 3–5 years in leadership.
• English is required; Tagalog preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing/semiconductor environments.
• Hands-on with MES, SCADA, warehouse systems and OT infra.
• Experience aligning site goals with corporate IT standards.
• Willingness to support after-hours and weekend maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Own IT environment across Cavite and Laguna facilities including infrastructure and OT systems.
• Serve as senior IT advisor to the General Manager and site leadership.
• Collaborate with corporate IT on MES, ERP, and enterprise platforms.
• Ensure IT operations comply with corporate strategy, governance and security.
• Lead and develop site IT organization and budget.
• Maintain continuous support for factory-critical platforms (MES, SCADA, ERP, Warehouse).
• Coordinate with corporate IT and external vendors on enhancements and issues.
• Lead local IT service delivery and manage contracts to meet scope, timelines and budgets.
• Establish IT change management practices to minimize disruption.
• Develop business continuity and disaster recovery capabilities for IT services.
• Monitor IT performance indicators and drive improvements.
• Ensure cybersecurity and IAM controls across IT operations.
• Prepare for internal/external audits including SOX; coordinate with EHS/Quality.
