Johnson & Johnson, Manila Global Services Hub, seeks a Director, Finance Master Data Management within FS&T. This leader will drive global FMDM strategy, operating model, and technology enablement to deliver trusted finance master data across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business, Data Management, or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in Finance, Finance Data Management, Data Governance, Enterprise Platforms, or Finance Transformation.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience in a global organization.
• Strong knowledge of Finance Master Data Management, Data Governance and Data Quality, SAP S/4HANA, CFIN, and MDG.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders in a complex global environment.
• Strong strategic thinking, change leadership, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global FMDM strategy, operating model, and roadmap aligned to FS&T priorities.
• Drive finance data readiness and deployment activities across SAP S/4HANA, CFIN, MDG, and related platforms.
• Provide governance for data standards, stewardship, and data quality requirements, and supervise design, migration, and adoption.
• Manage global FMDM operations with KPIs, SLAs, risk controls, and workforce readiness.
