Job summary

Vonage is seeking a Director of Product for BSS & Platform Services to own the roadmap and strategy across Lead-to-Cash, Data Analytics, Identity Management, Accounts & Users, and API Gateway. You will lead PMs, collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Marketing to enable growth and profitability.

You will guide the evolution of shared services and platform capabilities, including AI integrations and regulatory compliance, while driving architecture and delivery at scale.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Product Management with proven leadership across cross-cultural, distributed teams.
• Knowledge of enterprise SaaS such as CRM, Analytics, Billing & Rating systems.
• Experience with back-office systems and security/regulatory considerations.
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to influence through data and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and vision for BSS and Platform Services, including Lead-to-Cash, Data Analytics, Identity, Accounts & Users, and API Gateway.
• Define and execute product strategy, including AI integrations and capabilities.
• Operationally manage the PM team and collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
• Prioritize across product lines and drive development speed and architectural evolution.
• Lead digital transformation of business support systems and back-office services integration.
