Job summary

Daimler Truck AG in Mexico City is seeking a Direct Ship Sales Support specialist to provide parts sales support for Direct Ship orders and drive continuous improvement in processes, systems, and service.

You will be the primary owner of Direct Ship APCs, track orders, dates, cancellations, and respond to vendor inquiries while collaborating with Inside Sales and District Parts Managers. Fluent English and Spanish at C1 level are required; SAP and MS Office skills are expected.

Qualifications

• Academic background in Business Administration or Supply Chain preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide Direct Ship orders sales support and tracking.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes, systems and service.
• Own Direct Ship APC tickets, including order tracking, estimated ship dates, and cancellations.
• Generate weekly Direct Ship exception reports for order issues.
• Manage Direct Ship vendor inbox and resolve supplier issues.
• Support internal partners, including DTNA Inside Sales and District Parts Managers.
• Monitor supplier performance and lead escalation meetings with corrective actions.
